Items with Faults

Within 30 days of purchase we will offer a repair, refund or exchange. After 30 days, please contact our Customer Services department to discuss what options may be available to you for repairs.

Items damaged by you, whether through accident or negligence, misuse or wear and tear are not covered.

Returns Info

If you wish to return an item purchased from us, please contact our Customer Services department for a returns authorisation number and instructions on how to return the item. You must notify us as soon as you can after receipt and no later than 14 days. You must return it within 30 days of dispatch to qualify for a refund.

Please note:

  • Items cannot be returned if they have been opened, which includes removing shrinkwrap, labels or tags.
  • Items must be clean and unused and returned in their original packaging.
  • Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Original postage charges will not be refunded, nor will the cost of returning the item(s) to us.
  • Refunds will be made within 14 days from receipt of the returned item by us, and made by the original method of payment.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Exceptions

Jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, including any similar items that are worn, including Watches.

Beauty Products, including tanning, perfume, skin and hair products, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Items of intimate clothing, such as underwear and lingerie, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Adult products, including Sex Toys, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Bedding items, including pillows and sheets, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Computer Software, Applications, Licences, Games and similar items cannot be returned.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Return Guidance

Please ensure that your item is suitably packaged for return, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. You may wish to use a Recorded Delivery service to avoid risk.
