Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
If you wish to return an item purchased from us, please contact our Customer Services department for a returns authorization number and instructions on how to return the item. Please ensure you have your order number as this may be needed as proof of purchase in the event of after sales queries. You must notify us as soon as you can after receipt and no later than 14 days. You must return it within 30 days of dispatch to qualify for a refund. Please also retain your proof of return.
Items cannot be returned if they have been opened, which includes removing shrinkwrap, labels or tags.
Items must be clean and unused and returned in their original packaging.
Personalized items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Original postage charges will not be refunded, nor will the cost of returning the item(s) to us.
Refunds will be made within 14 days from receipt of the returned item by us, and made by the original method of payment.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, including any similar items that are worn, including Watches.
Beauty Products, including tanning, perfume, skin and hair products, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Bedding items, including pillows and sheets, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Computer Software, Applications, Licences, Games and similar items cannot be returned.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please ensure that your item is suitably packaged for return, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. You may wish to send by using a Recorded Delivery service to avoid risk. Please also retain your proof of return.

Items with Faults
Within 30 days of purchase we will offer a repair, refund or exchange. After 30 days, please contact our Customer Services department to discuss what options may be available to you for repairs.
Items damaged by you, whether through accident or negligence, misuse or wear and tear are not covered.
If the wrong item has been sent to you and you require a replacement, please contact our Customer Services team to arrange the most suitable returns procedure. When returning to us it must be in a resaleable condition, complete, unused and in the the original packaging with all labels and tags in place.
